Returns (for non-commissioned work)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item within 14 days of delivery. Please note the following terms: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued (excluding original postage costs).To arrange a return, please contact us at jo@jwfrost.comwith your order details.

Commissioned Work

Commissioned artwork is created specifically to your brief and follows a different process: A non-refundable deposit, usually 50% of the total cost, is required upon instruction. The remaining balance is payable upon completion and before delivery.

Delivery options — including courier, personal delivery by the artist, or collection — will depend on the size and value of the work, and will be discussed and agreed individually.

Due to the bespoke nature of commissions, returns are not accepted, except in the unlikely event of damage during delivery. Throughout the process, every effort will be made to ensure you are fully satisfied with the finished piece.
