Breaking Point

Breaking Point is a mixed media coastal diptych exploring tension, force and release through the movement of the sea.

Across the two panels, crashing waves, fractured light and layered textures create a sense of collision and shifting energy, capturing the sea at a moment of impact and transformation. The work moves between structure and chaos, with each panel able to stand independently while also forming part of a larger visual conversation.

Built through expressive mark-making, sculptural texture and layered coastal tones, the resin finish enhances depth, luminosity and the suspended movement within the surface.
