Jo Frost is a contemporary mixed media artist based on the Gower Peninsula, working from her gallery and studio in Mumbles.

Her work is inspired by the movement, energy, and ever-changing light of the sea, capturing both its calm and its power through layered texture and expressive mark-making.

Using a combination of acrylic, plaster, and natural materials, Jo creates pieces that are both grounded in place and open to interpretation.
